CUPITT'S ESTATE
Located within the breathtaking grounds of Cupitt's Estate, this award-winning accommodation project redefines luxury on the South Coast. Designed by Neon White Design and recognised as the winner of an Housing Industry Association HIA Award, the project celebrates the natural beauty, craftsmanship, and relaxed sophistication of the estate.
Set against panoramic views of Burrill Lake and the Budawang Ranges, the development includes ten architecturally designed luxury accommodation pods alongside the reimagining of the estate’s ultra-premium dining experience. Commissioned by the Cupitt family, who have proudly owned the property since 2003, the design vision sought to create an immersive guest experience deeply connected to the surrounding landscape.
Each luxury pod combines contemporary furnishings with rustic detailing, featuring natural timbers, textured cladding, and warm, layered interiors that reflect the tones and character of the rural setting. Designed to open seamlessly to the sights and sounds of the estate, the pods offer private decks, outdoor lounge areas, and tranquil outlooks across rolling pastures.
Selected suites feature freestanding baths positioned to take in uninterrupted views of the countryside, while an accessible pod ensures an inclusive experience with wheelchair-friendly pathways and facilities.
The interiors were carefully curated to balance refined luxury with understated comfort, creating spaces that feel both elevated and deeply grounded in place.
